We created detailed trucker caps for MUC-OFF, sourcing top-quality blanks to match their standards. We digitised their bolt logo for perfect stitching in their exact Pantone colours. Each cap had back embroidery and a stitched cotton wrap tag, which we sourced abroad and hand-stitched in-house. Deadly detail from start to finish.

To get the detailed embroidery perfectly curved on the back mesh, we individually embroidered each cap so the design wrapped symmetrically around the open section at the back...


Once Muc-Off approved the samples, we mass produced the caps exactly how they wanted. Each one was bagged, barcoded for their warehouse, packed into our Dead Distribution boxes, and hand delivered to them.
